You can pace yourself. And, the design of the course is to try out the approach in each of the 70 videos for three days, making it a 210-day, 7-month course—enough time to build new habits of mind, emotions and body.
The daily videos (5-10 minutes each) contain exercises that:
- Replace our painful habits with peace
- Deepen our experience of our timeless essence
- Guide us to freedom during uncertainty
- Embrace our emotions while knowing that what we are is even bigger.
